Changes of policies as of 12/01/2026:

• Bulk-billing of standard appointments will change from under 16 years to under 9 years.
• Pension card holders >65 will be allocated 10 bulk-billed appointments per calendar year. This will not include care plans or health assessments. After utilising 10 visits, patients will pay for their appointments as per our fee schedule and receive a Medicare rebate.

This decision has not been made easily. Due to the cost of running a business in current economic times and Medicare rebates not increasing in line with inflation, we have had to make decisions that allow for a sustainable business model and also allow our doors to stay open to care for our patients and their families.
